How do we place an order for school labels?


You can place an order by faxing or mailing a purchase order or the appropriate order form. Go to How To Order to print the appropriate order form.

You can also phone in your order at 1-800-222-4712 or email it to sales@accuratelabeldesigns.com.

Can we use our own school logo or mascot on our school labels?


Yes, we have several methods for you to provide us with your logo or mascot for your school labels.

If ordering online, you will have the opportunity to upload your mascot or logo during the ordering process. If you prefer, you can also email it to us while ordering online.

If not ordering online, you can also Upload your mascot or logo now if ordering via phone, fax, email, or mail.

Lastly, call us if you are having trouble with getting your mascot or logo to us for your school labels.

Can we see a “Proof” of our labels before we place an order?


Yes, simply tell us you need a proof and provide your label specifications and we will either email, fax or mail you a proof for approval. We can do a proof for any of your school labels including Visitor Passes, Substitute, Field Trip, Volunteer, etc.

Can we make changes to your label samples or create our own type of label to fit our needs?


Yes, you can make changes to our samples or you can create your own type of label. Simply draw us a diagram of the new label type or make your changes to our sample in the empty box on the order form or on a separate sheet. Also, you can call us at 1-800-222-4712 and communicate your changes to one of our customer service representatives. If needed, we can fax or email you a “proof” to make sure your label meets your expectations. We can also take off the subheadings like Name, Date, Time, etc. if requested. We can change any of our school labels including Visitor Passes, Substitute, Field Trip, Volunteer, etc.

What is the turn around time on an order and how is it shipped?


Most orders are shipped within 5 business days via “UPS Ground”. If needed, we do have RUSH ORDER options available and prices vary depending on the size of your order and how it is shipped. For more details on our Shipping options, click Shipping now.

Can we “mix & match” different school labels to reach the volume discounts?


Yes, you can “mix & match” label types and quantities to qualify for the volume discounts listed on the order form. This includes all label types of our school labels such as Visitor Pass labels, Substitute labels, Volunteer labels, Field Trip labels, etc.

Do we have to pay the one-time “set-up“ fee if we want the same as the sample sent to us? (We are currently waiving our one-time "set-up" fee.)


Yes, you have to pay the one-time “set-up” fee on your first order regardless if you order the same as the sample sent to you or if you make changes to the sample. The “set-up” fee covers our costs associated with the “customization” of your labels. You will not be charged the “set-up” fee on any future orders regardless if you change labels, colors, text, etc. Also, you will not be charged an additional “set-up” fee if you order more than one type of label.

Yes, we will give you a 20% discount off your next order of school labels for each school you refer to us who orders.

Can Districts order for individual schools and combine those orders to qualify for the volume discounts? If yes, how do Districts order for each school?


Yes, some districts order school labels with their district name and logo and use them for all of their schools. This has been done with Visitor Pass labels as well as Substitute labels, Volunteer labels, Field Trip labels and Temporary ID labels. Other districts customize their labels with the name, mascot and colors of the individual schools. When ordering for each school, we recommend that you fill out an order form with each school’s preferences concerning label type, colors and mascot.

If Districts are ordering for individual schools or if Districts need more than one logo/mascot or text change for their labels, are there additional “set-up” fees? (We are currently waiving our one-time "set-up" fee.)


If you require between zero and five logo/mascot or text changes there are no additional “set-up” fees. For every “set-up” over five, we charge a flat rate of $10.00 per “set-up”.
